I have my own display set-up – do I have to use the table?

A table will be provided for you along with 2 chairs. If you do not want the table or have your own display furniture you may set it up in the space allocated. Notify the organizers during set up and we will remove
your table.

How much space do I get?

The tables will be set up such that each participant gets a 6 foot table with 3 feet between the tables. If your display requires more than 10 linear feet please contact us to make alternate arrangements to accommodate your needs.

Can I sell items at the Showcase?

Yes. You may use the Showcase as an opportunity to display, market, and sell your products and services.

I would like to do a raffle in order to obtain names and contact info for potential customers.
Can I do that?

Yes. You may offer a free gift draw at your table. Contact the organizers if you would like to have your draw announced at the Showcase.

What businesses will be attending?

The Showcase is open to all Chamber members. Expect to see building trades, contractors, realtors, beauty services, food services, and many other local businesses

I can’t be at the event, how can I Showcase my business?

You can donate branded items or products and services to the Silent Auction

Can I donate to the Silent Auction as well as attend the Showcase as a participant?
Yes, absolutely. This years proceeds for the silent auction is donated to Kids Run Club in Association with the Mary Lake Marathon. 


Where do I drop off items for the Silent Auction?

We will come pick up Silent Auction items during the week before the event if you are unable to attend.

Where do the proceeds from the event go?

The proceeds will support Member services such as networking events, community initiatives, and advertising opportunities

Are there volunteer opportunities to help support this event?

Yes, our Chamber is a member-driven organization that relies on the volunteer support of our Members
and the community at large. We will require assistance with parking, set up, clean up, coordination, silent auction, and a range of other important tasks. Opportunities for students to obtain community service hours are
available.
