Are you ready for change? ARE YOU READY to MAKE a change? We can help you create goals that will lead your way to a healthy lifestyle that you can maintain this week, this month and beyond. Join Aimee Sinclair for Mission Meltdown! This program will give you the tools to ignite your passion for fitness, your metabolism and your dream of feeling great in a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. Mission Meltdown is a 6-week program that offers you: • Initial + weekly weigh-in - measurements taken and recorded • 6 – 75 minute full body workouts that include cardio, weight training, abs and stretching – focus is on technique and form – limited group size + 6 bonus 30 - minute weight training classes Wednesday nights at 6:45pm • Personalized meal plan + meal tracking sheets & individual nutritional guidance & counselling from Aimee. • Access to a closed group Facebook account that will provide support, motivation and accountability • Access to Mission Meltdown Afterburn – 4-week maintenance program Program begins Sunday, April 3rd Session #1– 10:45am (Advanced) Session #2 – 1:30pm (Beginner) Each session is limited to 6 participants Members - $349 +hst Non-Members - $449 +hst (Includes a 6 week membership - full use of gym and access to all regular classes for 6 weeks)
