This place is dirty , i have never been in a grooming place this dirty, i dont know how they are still in business. The woman who was with my pets was unfriendly, and rude. Please dont take your pets here. There are better places with kinder more compassionate staff
I know who you are. I know when you were here and why you were here. There was no need for this kind of review. I did what you asked and did an excellent job. Again, no need for this kind of review. I have been doing the best I can since my hubby had his stroke. Not easy when it's only me doing everything. I am happy to hear you will not be back. My established clients are the best and I appreciate them. I don't need a "Karen" like you trying to destroy my family business. And hiding behind "Anonymous" just shows what a little person you really are. Learn to be a kinder....it's a small town!!
5 Star Plus. Due to an unfortunate kerfuffle, our pup missed her grooming appointment and being the caring, sweet person that she is, Pam offered to drive down on a Sunday morning to pick her up, take her back and groom her and bring her back home. Now that's service! Thank you, Pam! ?
Thank you Pam for taking such good care of Ruby today. I only had a nail trim booked, but you very kindly trimmed her face and cleaned up some of the hair in her ears. I did not realize how much ear hair a 5 month old puppy could have, nor did I know the problems it could create. You could have sent Ruby home without addressing the issue, but your kind and loving nature would not let you do that. You made time for her in your very busy schedule and gave me a grooming lesson as well. I would not take Ruby to anyone but you. You are the best in the business.
Bob, Pam and Kim are awesome!!! Luna has been going there 3 times a week for almost a year now. She nearly knocks us over trying to get to the door in the morning. Thanks for taking great care of our pup!

Bob & Pam are great people very nice and their boarding suites are wonderful I know your family member will feel right at home. I had brought my little Ginger in for a grooming. Pam did a fantastic job and Ginger looked so cute. I highly recommend them for grooming and boarding. I know you will be as happy as I am with their service . Thank you Suzanne Thompson
Great place. Our Newfs run in anytime they must be boarded. Pam does excellent grooming and shows patience and determination with senior dogs with limitations. So happy we found this second dog home. Boomer and Nana

Not impressed. Place is filthy and the lady i dealt with was unfriendly and my dog did not like her at all
