ITALIAN APPETIZERS - NOV. 12TH
Hello everyone;
Just a quick reminder that we have a wonderful new addition to our culinary instructors – Linda Nardilli Morrin will be joining us on Sunday Nov. 12, 11am-1pm, and will be teaching us how to prepare Italian Appetizers for the Christmas Season. Linda will be preparing;
*Mini-Caprese’s with Rosemary Focaccia Bread & Olives
*Parmesan Bowls with Arugula/Pepper Salad
*Crostini Toasts (Topped with Basil Pesto/Tomato/Parmesan Cheese)
*Gnudi’s (Potato-less) Spinach/Ricotta Gnocchi with Roasted Red Pepper Sauce
This class will be interactive where possible and all recipes will be served up for tasting. Cost is just $69.00, which includes the instruction/demo, recipes, tastings and tea/coffee, and water.
