Feels like summer is already here and we're thinking about Father's Day recipes and summer salads and sides. There's still some space in both classes so don't delay. Sunday June 12th features a mojo inspired menu for dad including; Maple Stout Flank Steak, Curried Cauliflower and Kale Salad, and Triple Chocolate, Whiskey, Cream Cheese Brownies. Then, on Sunday, June 26th we are creating some crowd pleasing salads and sides. These include; Sweet and Sour Grilled Shrimp Slaw, Tomato and Peach Salad with Feta and Black Olives, and Kale Blueberry and Quinoa Salad with Candied Nuts.
Lunch and Learn classes have also proven to be very popular. We have two Friday classes scheduled in June and both still have spaces available. First we have Friday June 3rd, 12-1pm, "Tuna Waldorf Wraps" and we've had to add an additional date -June 17th 12-1, to repeat the Curried Cauliflower, Chicken and Quinoa Salad class.
