Exciting news! Yoga for Every BODY will be teaching beginner classes out of The Healing Room Muskoka. "Wind Down Wednesdays" - come out for an easy, relaxing flow right after work - before going home to kids...husbands...dogs...whatever evening stresses you may be facing.
