Today I am thankful for air conditioning at my Spaw to keep me and my furry friends nice and cool! 

I'd also like to welcome Midnight to Sarah's Doggie Day Spaw! He's a sweet little guy and was great for his pampering today! Now he'll be cool for summer! 

I hope everyone is enjoying this very summer weather we are having! And staying cool :)

A couple of new faces today to welcome! Chevy the springer was in for a haircut and was absolutely wonderful! And Lola popped in for a nail trim! Sweet girls!  Also welcoming back Luke who came in for his second visit here at Sarah's Doggie Day Spaw! So nice to see him again :).  I didn't get any pictures of the pooches today :( too busy haha but I did have an adorable little helper come visit at the end of the day ;)

More new faces today!! Happy to welcome Sophie and Zoe (goldens) to Sarah's Doggie Day Spaw! They were both fabulous (and this was Zoe's first ever groom!). And also a welcome back to little white Sophie on her second visit here to my Spaw! She's a total sweet-heart!  I do wish this posting had feel-a-vision though because these furry pooches were super soft after their groomings today!!

I want to welcome Bella and Finn. Both absolute sweeties!! Bella was in for her first Spaw day on Tuesday and Finn came for daycare! I'm excited to have Finn with me Tuesday's and Thursday's and hope to see Bella again soon! 

I have gotten a couple of new products in! Keep your eyes peeled for more info on that!

I am often asked if I can accommodate large breed dogs and the answer is ABSOLUTELY! I can accommodate dogs of all shapes and sizes both in the tub and on the table! I have an electric table that goes pretty low to the ground to make it easy for larger dogs to get up and I also have a ramp for extra help onto the table and into the tub! My tub also has an insert for small dogs to make bathing easier on both of us!!

I am all stocked up on dog cookies!! Thank you to some very awesome helpers! As you all know your furry friend will get a small bag with every Spaw day but they are also available for purchase-25 cookies for $5). 

I did just want to touch on a few things with the nice weather being here now! 

Fleas...horrible awful creatures they are! It is the season. Sarah's Doggie Day Spaw is a flea free facility. I ask that if you notice fleas on your pet you have them treated and postpone your grooming appointment until they are under control.... more

With it being such a busy time of year I have to put into effect a new policy. 

No show appointments or cancelations with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a $25 fee, payable before booking your next groom via email money transfer or cash. I am starting to accumulate a bit of a waiting list at times and without at least 24 hours notice it makes it nearly impossible to fill a space at such short notice. 

I'm sure you everyone understands :).
