Just because you think you're on top of the world, doesn't mean there isn't someone climbing right behind you. This idea of always building to be better at my craft is how I have lived my adult life so far and I don't see that changing any time soon. Striving for perfection and consistency at that level has been a part of my 20+ years in the industry, working at all levels over they years. From making the perfect Crunch wrap at Taco Bell, a risotto my chef wanted to take home in college, to now serving you the best food I can produce from the food truck, consistency is key.
