The other day a customer came in looking for a filter. The ones we have in stock did not match the picture of the filter on the tag from the old filter. I assured the customer that a different looking filter was not a problem but it is important to match the physical size and required micron designation. Almost all filter housings are a generic fit and actual filter looks vary from each supplier.

In July Muskoka Clean Water opened a storefront in Huntsville at 77 Centre St North. This decision was so that we could supply products and offer advice to customers that may already have a system in their home or be in need of filters or parts. It also gives us a location for water testing to have samples dropped off.
