We take our buttertarts seriously! Here is the process of how they are made in our kitchen. We can't actually "give" the ingredients as mom wouldn't be too happy! So take a look, or better yet, stop by Westside Fish and Chips and try one (or two) for yourself!

We will be open on Monday September 5th 8 am - 8 pm to end our last long weekend of the summer! Pop on in for some great Fish and Chips, a hand pressed burger, slow roasted beef, Chicken Pot Pie...many gluten friendly items too! We also make one of the best breakfasts in Huntsville! Try our Eggs Benny...it's to die for!
