Chinch control - Done once or twice in the mid summer this control will get rid of these pesky little bugs that feed on the chlorophyll in the grass. 

• Adults are black with white or brown wings and legs
• Nymphs are reddish in colour
• They suck the sap out of stems and leaves of grass plants
• Brown or yellow patches in lawn may indicate presence of chinch bugs
• Usually found in sunny areas
• Thrive in hot, dry conditions
• Overwinter in protected areas under trees, mulch, flower beds and leaf litter
• Control with treatment, regular watering as required and keeping lawn at 2 ½ inches in length
• Treatment is done in the summer
