The Ontario government has announced updated changes to the list of essential workplaces that will take effect by 11:59 pm April 4. We are still part of the essential workplaces at this time. To ensure safe operation we have strengthened precautions in place.
The vast majority of our major suppliers have been designated essential so will continue to supply parts and equipment. However, due to reduced staffing and safety precautions at suppliers, these shipments will be slower.
Our operating hours have changed and may continue to change based on conditions. At present we will be operating from 9-5 Monday through Friday, 9-12 on Saturday. Call or text 705-646-1053 prior to arriving as there will be no customer access to any buildings.. Text messages are the best option at all times.
Parts orders can be conducted by phone. The order will be placed outside when you arrive.
Any equipment received for repair will be quarantined for a minimum of 3 days prior to service work to ensure all surfaces are virus free.
If you are dropping off equipment for repair, please call ahead of time and we will set up a work order. When you arrive, call or text to let us know the equipment has been delivered. If you need assistance unloading then we require you to make the equipment available (open tailgate, unstrap equipment etc) and return to your vehicle. We will then unload the equipment for you. This ensures proper social distancing. Equipment being picked up will also be similarly arranged.
For new equipment purchases we will supply a video link to show proper operation and features for that model. Normally we provide this detailed, in person demonstration at the time of purchase. This will allow for the same level of service while maintaining maximum safety. We can answer any further questions by phone, text, email or video.
For the safety of everyone, there will be no exceptions to these rules.
