Rick Wearing is a designated MVA appraiser and has earned the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation and been awarded membership to The Million Dollar Guild, in recognition of his knowledge, experience and expertise in the luxury home market.

Sandra Parrott, educated as a lawyer, practiced real estate law in the area prior to becoming a Realtor, now has 20 years of real estate experience. Her legal background enables Sandra to assist her clients through the intricacies of condominium and waterfront property purchase and sales, making the transition of property ownership as smooth as possible for her clients.

Jane Clarke grew up in the Huntsville area and knows it inside and out. She derives great pleasure in working the "First Time Home Buyers", assisting young people in finding their first home and making their first purchase as simple and easy as possible.
