This product came swiftly. The creams and spray are not sticky or tacky and hardly have any scent. I purchased this product hoping it would ease my restless legs syndrome. It did help, a little, then I did some further reading online and learned that topical magnesium is best absorbed in three significant areas...behind the knees, under the arms (upper inner arms), and the neck area. After I learned this application technique I had amazing results. (I do supplement with a combination pill of magnesium, calcium and vitamin D, but this alone was not helping the RLS.) I will recommend and repurchase! Thanks

I can honestly say, using this everyday on my back, thigh and knee, has done wonders for my pain. I have nerve pain in my right thigh, I haven't felt it in a year, using this product. No pills!!!!
