 Barrel Aged Red Wine Vinegar – With a complex nose boasting oak and spice, our barrel aged red wine vinegar is robust and rich with a pleasing zing. Notes: Perfect for deglazing pans, vegetable salads, beets, dressings, pork and chicken.

 A-PREMIUM BALSAMICMade with white Trebbiano Grape Must, our White Balsamic undergoes the cooking and barrel aging process of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena however it is not caramelized. The result is a crisp, tart vinegar with a touch of sweetness. Extremely adaptable, it can be used with any EVOOs, as well as with our flavoured oils. This is a tart Balsamic Vinegar with a residual grape flavour and 6% acidity.

 Alfoos Mango – Our Alfoos Mango Balsamic is considered by many to be one of the best in terms of wetness, richness and flavour, and is a perfect blend with our white balsamic vinegar. Pairs exquisitely with Persian Lime or Baklouti Green Chili olive oil and is delicious stirred into yogurt with granola and fresh foot. It is fantastic as a glaze on grilled or sauteed chicken, shrimp, pork, scallops, try as a marinade for salads, and in salsas for a tropical, sweet-tart twist! Also pairs well with Blood Orange, Lemon, and Chipotle olive oils.

 Blenheim Apricot – Both sweet and tart with an intensely aromatic aroma of honey-suckle and picked with a faint green tinge. The resulting collaboration is intoxicating as it is crisp and tart. Great with grilled chicken, as a glaze or served with cheese. Pairs fantastically with Picual EVOO!

 Cascadian Wild Raspberry – Juicy, tart raspberry and luscious white balsamic come together in this bright, versatile infused balsamic. Use it in shrubs, mixed cocktails, as glaze or make a marinade for poultry, in wilted spinach salad, over fresh cut fruit, to glaze salmon, and much, much more! Pairs well with Lemon, Blood Orange, Persian Lime, Garlic, Baklouti Green Chili olive oil.

 Coconut – Wonderfully sweet, pleasingly tart and redolent with the clean, natural flavour of coconut. It makes a fantastic dressing or marinade and is divine paired with our Persian Lime, Cilantro & Onion olive oil or Japanese Toasted Sesame Oil. This balsamic is progressively aged in wood barrels according to the Solera System. It is PGI (Protected Geographic Indication) certified to come from Modena, Italy.

 Cranberry & Pear – This White Balsamic is clean, crisp and very tart and boasts a lovely deep, rose blush. It has an amazingly fruity, complex bouquet that shines in a multitude of culinary applications. Use to dress fruit or vegetable salads, as a marinade, a glaze for poultry with gelatin for a delicious fruit aspic or even in a mixed drink!

 Gravenstein Apple – The Gravenstein Apple is a hard to find varietal due to the difficulty farmers have cultivating it. It positively shines when paired with our Persian Lime, Blood Orange, Tuscan Herb, and Herbes de Provence olive oil, and much more! Create amazing marinades, dressings, and bread dippers by blending this artisan product with others or enjoy simply drizzled over fresh cut melons or berries.

 Honey & Ginger – Honey and Ginger plays well together in this delightful white balsamic. A gentle, spicy heat balances perfectly with the moderate, natural acidity of our white balsamic vinegar. Great when paired with our Persian Lime olive oil and positively shines with our Japanese Toasted Sesame Oil! Combine this vinegar with our Japanese Toasted Sesame Oil, or our Garlic olive oil and soy sauce for a sublime marinade. Also works well with the Basil, Lemon, and Blood Orange fused/infused olive oils. An excellent balsamic to use in stir-fried dishes!

 Peach – Made with White Trebbiano Grape Must, our White Peach Balsamic retains its white color because it is not caramelized. The result is a crisp, refreshing balsamic vinegar with a touch of sweetness. Extremely adaptable, it can be paired with any of our Extra Virgin Olive Oils, as well as our flavoured oils to make a light, yet playfully tart, vinaigrette.

 Pineapple – Our golden aged Pineapple Balsamic is sweet and tart with the heady aroma of fresh ripe pineapple. This amazing, zesty balsamic is the perfect complement to fruit salads and fresh berries. It adds substantial flavour without changing the desired colour of your meals. A great addition or marinade with sauteed or grilled chicken, and shrimp!

 Pomegranate-Quince – This all-natural, ruby jewel-toned white balsamic owes its tart, crisp flavour to juicy pomegranates and floral winter Quince. It’s made from authentic white balsamic condiment aged for up to 12 years in Modena, Italy. It pairs beautifully with our Blood Orange. Persian Lime fused/infused olive oils, and fruitier EVOOs such as Hojiblanca and Picual. Use in dressings, marinades, as a glaze for chicken or pork, in sparkling water, mixed drinks, over fresh fruit, or paired with salty aged cheese. Great with leafy green salads, and works especially well in salads made with legumes and beans, and salads with quinoa, or other grains! It adds substantial flavour to your dishes without changing the desired colour of your meals.

 Sicilian Lemon – Playfully tart and pleasantly sweet, a perfect balance of acidity and a crisp, lemon flavour and aroma. Made with famous lemons of Sicily, it is a versatile balsamic vinegar that will brighten up every dish! Makes a bright refreshing dressing for salads of all varieties. It can also work well as a marinade for seafood, poultry and many vegetables like zucchinni, green beans, and legumes. If you're preparing shrimp or scallops on the stove top, use a splash of this bright balsamic to deglaze your pan to capture all the juices for a flavourful meal. For something fun, and unique, add a splash of Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar to a natural soda water or in any of your mixed drinks!
