I locate great properties for my clients. If possible we investigate the property together and I use my background in contracting to point out the positive features and identify areas of concern. This saves time for my customers as we can be sure that a property being considered has already had a 'once over' through my 'contractor's eyes'. If my buyer is out of town, I go to a property being considered and complete a more detailed description of the cottage, land, or home. This would include photographs, which I email to the client. Then we get together on the phone to discuss what I've seen. Many clients have been very happy with the time it saves them!

In representing my sellers, I get to know them and their property so that I can present an accurate profile of their home or cottage. Then, I prepare a listing with enticing pictures and wording in order to attract the most number of interested buyers. This is then broadcast through a multiple of media channels. When the buyers email or call, I send them any additional information they request and personally show them the property.

With both buyers and sellers I negotiate in their respective best interests. Especially this past summer I'm proud to say that I've gotten top dollar for my sellers and provided real value for the dollars my buyers spent!
