Providing a safe, compassionate and welcoming space for individuals, couples, and families. I am strengths focused and client centred in my approach. A firm ally of the LGBTQIA+ community and welcome clients of all ages. I am a licensed/registered psychotherapist with over 20 years experience in the mental health field and hold a M.A. Psychology. Anxiety, depression, anger, grief, divorce/separation/infidelity and trauma are presenting issues that I have worked collaboratively with clients on in individual work. Based on need of client, an eclectic model of treatment is utilized which may include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Trauma Informed Practice & Dialectical Behavioural Therapy. I am also trained in EMDR. 

I have worked with couples struggling with relational and communication difficulties as well as new couples navigating the waters of marriage. The Gottman Method is utilized in couples work. I have provided consultation with school boards, workplaces and higher education institutions. I have also consulted with small businesses in topics of burnout, productivity and mental health.

Consultation and workshop facilitation can be tailored to the needs of places of work, school boards, and/or higher education places of learning. Costs to be determined based on need and audience reach. I offer all clients a free 15-minute virtual/phone consultation.

Session fees are @ $150 includes HST for a 50 minute session (Individual, Couples, and Family). Psychotherapy is often covered by benefit plans, please review your coverage for further information as we do not direct bill.
