Huntsville Gymnastics Zone is a 1000 square foot recreational gymnastics facility geared towards providing intensive and technical coaching in a non-competitive environment. Programs are designed for beginner and intermediate athletes of up to twelve years old. Classes run one at a time so that external distractions and possible intimidations are eliminated. Every class holds a maximum of 5-6 participants in order for each member to receive individualized coaching and efficiently reach their goals by the end of the session.

HGZ strives to be as inclusive and welcoming as possible, regardless of skill level or physical capability. Holistic coaching is used to encompass physical, mental, emotional, and motor differences of all athletes. Participants are taught gymnastics skills based on their current levels of experience and readiness but are coached with high levels of encouragement and motivation to progress to new challenges with each class. Our mission is to foster a love for fitness and the sport of gymnastics by using it as a foundation to build self-esteem, perseverance, teamwork, and social confidence.
