Beat the Wheat will be opening "The Pasta Shoppe" in beautiful downtown Bracebridge. The Shoppe will be open in late May, and will feature fresh Gluten-Free pasta. It will also feature sauces made in house to match your noodles. Take out will be available for select items, as well as heat and serve meals and specials, that you can take home for your family to enjoy.
